Help Us Better Understand Food Allergy Reactions in Young Children


To better understand food allergy among infants and toddlers, KFA is looking for 200 people to fill out a survey.

The survey should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. If you complete the survey, you will be entered for a chance to win one of 10 $50 Amazon gift cards.

Who: We are looking for parents of children who have experienced a severe allergic reaction when under the age of 3. Your answers will remain confidential. 

What: Your responses can help us understand the signs and symptoms of allergic reactions in young children. Your participation is voluntary and you can choose to end the survey at any time.

When: Please complete the survey by Sept. 12, 2019 (it will close at 11:59 p.m. ET).
