Today brings another story about a customer with allergies taken ill after eating a product cross-contaminated with peanuts - in this case Sacla's pesto. The company has now apologised and issued a massive product recall.

But this shouldn't be occurring in the first place. As Nadim told today's Mail on Sunday: "It is deeply worrying that this can happen in spite of supposedly stringent precautions in the factory." Can everyone please spread the word before someone else is taken seriously ill. It could be the difference between life and death.
